What can you expect? We’ll explore different styles of yoga and combine exercises for flexibility, strength, breathing and mindfulness. We’ll work towards a healthy mind in a healthy body and get to know ourselves better through movement. This 1h yoga class is open to everyone – no yoga experience needed! What makes this class special? I teach in Dutch, with additional explanations in French or English where necessary. Would you like to practise the language in a fun way, without any stress, in a small, friendly group? You’re very welcome here! Location: At 1210 Sint-Joost, near the Madou metro station. You’ll be sent the exact address once you’ve registered. Lessons take place in small groups (max. 8 people) in a calm and friendly atmosphere. Practical information: Wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise and bring your own yoga mat if possible.
