Book Festival: Meet & Greet Charlotte Verrecas

Charlotte Verrecas, operator of the Troostbaar, a coffee bar, shop and place for workshops, comfort gifts and connection, in the heart of Bruges. Charlotte Verrecas shows that comforting does not require big words or ready-made solutions. Comfort lies precisely in those small gestures: staying, writing a card, truly listening or leaving room for silence... Using recognizable themes, she takes you along: what do you say or rather not say, how do you remain close and how do you take care of yourself while wanting to be there for the other? She shares warm stories, beautiful examples and reflections. So be sure to drop by between 15h and 16h to meet this fantastic woman and dive into her newest book. This event is part of the Book Festival (www.standaardboekhandel.be/feest-van-het-boek).
