In Masters of the Universe , director Travis Knight brings the legendary franchise back to the big screen with a spectacular live-action adventure. When Prince Adam (Nicholas Galitzine: Purple Hearts & The Idea of You) gets his hands on the Zwaard der Macht again after 15 years, it leads him back to his home world of Eternia. Upon arrival, he discovers that Eternia is suffering under the cruel reign of Skeletor (Jared Leto). To save his family and his world, Adam must work together with his loyal allies Teela (Camila Mendes: Riverdale & Upgraded) and Man-At-Arms Duncan (Idris Elba) and will have to fulfill his calling as He-Man, the most powerful man in the universe
