On Thursday, December 24, 2026 starting at 6 PM at École communale Georges Roland, Service Jeunesse and Social Cohesion is organizing the 22nd edition of the « Le Père Noël est un Géant » Christmas Eve dinner.
For now more than 20 years, this project has endured and still meets a necessary and even growing need of the population.
The volunteers are as committed as ever. Without this relentless and convinced team, this celebration could not take place.
We therefore take this opportunity to tell them: "A huge THANK YOU already".
For this 22nd edition, the team is concocting a whole program with Christmas colors and thus takes up the daring challenge of offering a Christmas Eve dinner for almost nothing: 3-course menu with appetizer and dessert for 12 €.
A show will be offered to the guests, activities will liven up the evening, not to mention the visit of our dear Père Noël.
This evening is a real success both on the organizers' side and the guests' side: everyone is delighted with how previous editions went and asks for more.
This is why the organizers have decided to do it again and to invite, as in the past, everyone to the same table for a warm and very friendly moment.
Essential reservation and payment during permanence hours which will begin on Wednesday, December 2, 2026 from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM
Reservations will close on Wednesday, December 16, 2026.
Several services or associations also contribute to the success of this event: thank you therefore to Rotary Club, the Ladie’s Circle, Cave de Giuseppe, restaurant L’Entre Guillemets and Jardin d’Italie, Cercles Laïques and the concerned municipal councillors.
It is thanks to the collaboration of all these contributors that this Christmas Eve dinner is possible.
Christmas Day is a special day for each of us. It is the symbol of many positive values that are increasingly forgotten: sharing, respect, tenderness, solidarity.
Today more than ever, we want to continue to transmit them via this kind of project.
