What is certain is that Scroodgez is selfish, bitter, individualistic. He does not like Christmas and has refused all the invitations that were made to him. He is alone on Christmas Eve and spirits come to visit him in order to show him what he has lost in the past, what he is provoking in the present, and what he risks in the future.
