A few days earlier, we meet the vacationers and the staff: there is Zack and his mom Billie, freshly divorced, who cannot manage to disconnect from her job. Mme Rouvroy, a regular customer, accompanied by her husband… whose ashes rest in an urn that she carries everywhere! Michel, who only has eyes for his gleaming race car, and his wife Birgit, who consoles herself with Bobby, her faithful German Spitz. Caught in their obsessions, the adults never cross paths. Until one day the children lead them outside the hotel, to witness a moment of wonder as Nature can offer to those who know how to see it.
