What are borders really? Borders mark where something stops and something else begins. Do they provide order in chaos, or the illusion of a foothold? Is a border something you cross, hold back, protect, or just fix in place? Artists and scientists investigate what borders are in BORDERS. Featuring a wealth of artistic work and scientific objects, ranging from centuries-old artifacts to contemporary research instruments from various disciplines.
