Compagnie Cecilia - Kerff

In Kerff tells Sebastien Dewaele the story of Marcel Kerff, a butcher's son and cyclist from the Voerstreek anno 1900. Dewaele does not make Kerff a hero, but sketches the portrait of a man who stood in the shadow of others his whole life and remained faithful to who he was – a servant in the race, a dedicated brother, and later a butler who continued to serve until his death. Kerff is a monologue supported by live music about service, compassion, and the value of the small.
