SOLD OUT | Make America Sing Again - Astrid Stockman

The events in the Verenigde Staten have given soprano Astrid Stockman food for thought. Through the lens of a musician, she sees a country with a rich and fascinating history, which does not always match the image we are presented with today. Therefore, she wants to take us on a musical trip through the country, told through those who have given it so much color. The journey leads from the beloved songs from The Great American Songbook to folk, Broadway, crooners, jazz, and much more. In between, Astrid tells wonderful stories from the musical treasure chest at her piano and touches upon themes that may not turn out to be so far from home after all. Rediscover this country together with her through catchy melodies, timeless choruses, and hidden gems. For those curious about what a country truly says when you listen to what it sings.
