Grof Geschud is back with the new performance CELEBRATING. Number four already. And yes, there is plenty to celebrate: there are children, a solid roof over their heads and the relationship between the two is more stable than ever now that they have been promoted from exes to each other's extended family. Okay, that Myrthe became the godmother of Lander's child and Lander subsequently wasn't even allowed to attend Myrthe's wedding, might have been a bit of a thing. But Lander is fortunately not bitter about that at all. He has namely received a USB stick with the wedding ceremony. Which he incidentally still hasn't watched (according to Myrthe).
Grof Geschud dives into CELEBRATING in their well-known blood-honest way into the new tensions in their lives. When do you let go of your ex-past and where does the friendship, or even family bond, begin, and what do you then expect from each other in that new role? How do you compensate for the absence of your blood-line family when raising a new little life? And if that family is there, and quite present, do we celebrate that family bond at all costs or is it better to let it celebrate? Because you know what they say: life is a party, you just have to hang your family yourself.
