The film is written by Brian Lynch (Minions, The Secret Life of Pets films) and Pierre Coffin and is produced by Chris Meledandri, the Academy Award®-nominated founder and CEO of Illumination, and by Bill Ryan (executive producer, The Super Mario Bros.
