‘Echoes from Italy’ tells three success stories through beautiful opera arias, melodic adagios, and fiery allegros: Heinichen and Hasse as chapel masters in the opera city of Dresden and Händel as the most important composer in Europe. Kapellmeister, with its driving forces organist/harpsichordist Denis Roosen and violinist Marieke Vos, now looks back on an impressive artistic path.
