Behind a crooked facade, a flickering neon light, and a door that has seen better days hides the most notorious, and probably oldest, brothel in the region: Grijsjes van Plezier. Here, five seasoned ladies rule the roost, each with more character than teeth and each with their own “specialty.” Together they provide a colorful mix of chaos, nostalgia, and hilarious situations. The customers have also become permanent fixtures: from the silent romantic to Rik the sailor who finds himself above all irresistible. In this house of ill repute and heavy curtains, no evening is normal. But when construction company De Ster wants to buy the dilapidated building at all costs, panic breaks out. Eigenares Fiona, however, is not thinking of giving up anytime soon. With an excess of creativity, wacky plans, and the help of her “gray-haired ladies,” she tries to drive out the project developers. Will it succeed?
