Klimaat Hot Topic!
The climate is changing, and that is not good. But you already knew that. Great! That awareness is already a very important step.
But how is it actually that the Earth is warming up, and what consequences does this have? The temperature of our Earth has already risen by 1.3°C, is that really that much? What happens with a rise of 2, 3 or even 6°C? And how is it that global warming can cause a colder climate in some places precisely?
Sunday, November 15, during the Day of Science we will ponder these questions and, like real scientists, we will get to work with plenty of experiments.
Onze Aarde, however, is not the only planet with a unique climate. Take a journey through our solar system and discover the icy winds of Neptune, the red storms on Jupiter and the acid rains on Venus.
Of course, a visit to the observatory is not complete without peering through our telescopes. They will also be present!
During booking, you can choose from three time slots starting at 2 PM, 3 PM or 4 PM. Hope to see you soon!
