General agreements: ?Be sure to provide a recent information sheet to the organizing department before participating in an activity. Every year we ask to fill out this information sheet so that we have the most correct and recent data. Cancellation conditions A participant can cancel for the holiday offering at any time, refunds for this registration will only be made under certain conditions within a certain timeframe. • Up to 10 weeks before the start of the offering, a cancellation will be refunded. • Up to 10 days before the start of the offering, a cancellation will only be refunded if there is a waiting list. • After this deadline, you will only receive a refund upon presentation of a doctor's certificate or an exceptional family reason. If the activity is cancelled in advance by the organizing department, we will refund the registration fee in full.
