The basic goal is simple: to give both children, youth, and (young) adults a cozy festival evening, this on the occasion of St. Martin's Day.
To guarantee the cozy atmosphere, in addition to the campfire, atmospheric lamp wreaths and a compact setup are used. The singing moments accompanied by an acoustic guitar later in the evening fit right in with this. The cheerful festival atmosphere is realized by letting various (local) bands pass by, providing typical food and drink stalls, a stage with the necessary lighting and sound systems, ... Finally, the open, familial character is primarily achieved by making the entire event freely accessible and offering drinks at popular prices.
8:00 PM: Dammit
DAMMIT is the Belgian post-punk band currently turning the moshpit upside down. As the new sons of Waasland, DAMMIT storms the scene with an uncompromising sound that moves at lightning speed and is packed with raw energy. Hard-hitting music with a clear goal: completely tearing down stages and large venues.
10:00 PM: Homemade Handgrenade
HOMEMADE HAND GRENADE is a Waasland troublemaker with a permanent identity crisis and a soft spot for melodic noise. Straight from Haasdonk and Melsele, the same tap water as SONS and Yevgueni, they serve a mix of bone-hard riffs, explosive live shows, and catchy choruses. Two singles have already been unleashed on the public, but in 2026 things are really moving forward: diplomas in the pocket, excuses used up, time to get serious. New music is ready, this time with a fresh obsession for synthesizers and just enough chaos to keep it exciting. The next single sounds like Nirvana making a song with Nine Inch Nails: hard, a bit grungy, and at the same time irresistibly catchy.

BLDLNS has already made themselves heard and managed to convince the audience at well-known events such as the Gentse Feesten (Emile Braunplein) and as a support act for Hideous, Klusterrock, ... With a sound that effortlessly combines alternative rock, indie, and pop, BLDLNS is getting ready to make you go wild on the dance floor!
