With 'Requiem for a love', Kristien Hemmerechts, one of the best-known voices in Flemish literature, takes us into a world where love, human relationships and the complexity of feelings are central. With her sharp eye, candid writing style and psychological insight, Hemmerechts knows better than anyone how to lay bare the vulnerability of being human.
