I LIVE AT MY COUSIN'S
Ghislaine, actress and Parisian bohemian, is ready to do anything to succeed and above all to
forget her origins.
She thinks she has a perfect life. To be happy, she has set herself two goals:
find a man and a real role! She has a plan and everything is under control! Well... until her very intrusive cousin shows up from the provinces thinking she'll find happiness in Paris! Under pressure from her mother, Ghislaine is forced to host, for just a few days, her cousin Janine who fled her native Southwest and has city-girl dreams.
But the temporary can sometimes last a long time and time itself can easily spoil when quibbles, clumsiness, and misunderstandings rain down incessantly.
Janine is convinced that you just have to want things for them to happen, whereas Ghislaine is a pessimist who has no illusions. Endearing as the two cousins may be, it will still take a good dose of humor and self-deprecation for them to understand each other and measure everything that separates them: a chatty, jinxed, and messy provincial girl squatting at an eco-friendly, manic, and depressive Parisian's place...
