Impro + Stand Up Comedy with Jarno Boone

Every week The Lunatic Comedy Club is at the Charlatan with the same recipe: before the intermission impro comedy, after the intermission one (or multiple) comedians. PART I Impro comedy with The Lunatics! Our four players are trained in speed, wit, and humor. They jump onto the stage unprepared: armed with your suggestions, they create an unforgettable evening! PART II We give the stage to a stand-up comedian. This week we give the stage to Jarno Boone. Jarno Boone "Make some noise for..." It is the sentence that Jarno Boone said almost every evening for the past ten years as a crowd warmer for big TV shows like 'The Voice', 'The Masked Singer', 'Tafel van Gert', etc. Now it is Jarno's own turn: he steps out of the shadows and jumps straight onto the stage with energetic, no-nonsense comedy. From the most embarrassing stories to striking true anecdotes from show business about musical dissections. Jarno has a soft spot for entertainment, or is it the other way around? In 2025 he made it to the semi-finals of Humo’s Comedy Cup and provided the opening acts for Jade Mintjens's arena shows. Before that, Jarno was also allowed to add the Commeere Comedy Cup to his track record. A resounding applause please for the most jovial comedian in the country! --------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Charlatan has long been the epicenter of Ghent's nightlife. On Tuesday there is comedy by The Lunatics, concerts on Wednesday and Thursday, party from Wednesday through Saturday and on the days before a holiday. Ready to party? Then the Charlatan is the place to be. Every week The Lunatic Comedy Club is at the Charlatan with the same recipe: before the intermission impro comedy, after the intermission one (or multiple) comedians.
