Orientation and navigation walk: Meerdaalwoud, Leuven

Combining learning a skill with walking and searching together in a green environment? In half an hour, we will first familiarize you with navigating with map and compass (with fun exercises, through which everyone quickly gets the hang of this) and afterwards we will go on the road together for a walk of about ten kilometers (if you navigate correctly). No experience required, only a desire for adventure. Besides the practical skill, this is also just a nice day outside with like-minded people: people who, just like you, like to go on adventures and want to discover the world in a conscious way. As a traveler, being able to navigate in unknown terrain is by the way a valuable asset: less dependent on technology, more confidence in yourself and your environment.
