Nori is a researcher and knows everything about the sea. About the creatures that float in its dark depths. About sea sparkle that lights up in a blue-green glow in the spring. About the 'primordial soup' from which all life originated, but which is becoming more acidic and turning into a plastic soup. She shares her love and care for the sea with Dulse, a beachcomber, amateur cook and Nori's loyal companion. In WIER (SEAWEED) they make a plea to protect the sea, to be gentle with it. They tell about the wonderful world of seaweeds, and Dulse learns how to cook with them. Cutting, chopping, steaming and baking, they make a snack together with the audience. Taste the goodies that the sea has to offer, be surprised by unknown flavors and contribute to a world where it is good to live. WIER is aimed at the youngest generation and fits into our fascination with the food of the future. About the search for a sustainable way of cooking, which contributes to a better world.
