Man Oesj plays and sings acoustic music on accordion, guitar, and double bass. Music from all times and many regions. From manouche to tango. Van Frans chanson to bossa nova. From musette to jazz. It makes you dream of the Parijse Seineboorden, evokes the melancholy of the tango from Argentina, and gives a firm wink to jazz, in a brown pub of course. Man Oesj celebrates the music of Edith Piaf, Richard Galliano, Django Reinhardt, Astor Piazzolla and many others, but puts them in a contemporary jacket, with plenty of room for interpretation and improvisation.
