REAL!

The Het Brusselse quartet ECHT! starts from a solid jazz base and supplements it with influences from the catalog of Stones Throw (J Dilla, Jonwayne, Madlib) and 20/20 (Ivy Lab, Deft). The result is a hybrid sound in which electro, hip-hop, trap, funk, and futuristic jazz flow into each other. ECHT! is known for its energetic live shows, built according to the principle of a DJ set: beats, seamless transitions, and constantly building tension arcs. After notable passages at Fifty Lab and Les Nuits du Botanique, their studio sessions, the BREWmixes, also found their way to Studio Brussel, Lefto on Kiosk Radio, Worldwide FM, and The Lot Radio in New York.
