Claudette [Children's show]

Claudette is fed up with being alone and sitting all day. That's a good thing, today is her birthday, and her grandson has come to visit her. You don't turn 90 every day! Claudette certainly looks all frail but don't judge by appearances, because from grandmother to grandson, juggling is their whole life. Able to juggle with balls, a cane, and even a cake packed with whipped cream, Claudette takes us from surprise to surprise and grabs us by the heartstrings to never let go. Claudette is a tribute to old age. A tribute to wrinkles filled with wisdom and experience. A tribute to a whole generation of grannies. Claudette is also an ode to intergenerational bonding, to the joyful complicity between grandchildren and grandparents. 5 > 6.03.2027 Théâtre Blocry From 5 years old – 45 min Suitable for non-French-speaking audiences By and with Alex Allison and Sara Martínez Lázaro – Directing assistance: Fabian Kestrel – Musical and sound creation: Amber In’t Veld and Moisés Más Garcia – Video creation: Alex Allison – Costumes: Sarah Duvert – Visual and comic book creation: Claudia Ruiz Echevarria – Accomplice gaze: Charlotte Cornet and Valentin Stalins
