It is because they love life and know its consistency that their slam is like a long nocturnal poem where one brushes against death. It is a story, a song, that of a night wandering, in the heart of Brussels. Competition poet, European slam champion, Marie Darah needs no introduction. Accompanied by the musician Cloé du Trèfle who composes, for the show, electronic music with rhythmic and haunting textures, they cast a sharp eye on the city, its social realities, and its codes. Starting from a lived experience, the author tells us the story of their last hour, in an epic of words and sounds, whose colors and landscapes are constantly mutating. It is at once a slam, a tale, theater, a poem, a fragment of augmented life. If one hears between the words and the breaths, the scratches and the parts of shadow, one also perceives the crazy energy of a life impulse torn from determinism, from social injustice.
