Black Swans, a performance about climate by Steven Vromman, the Low Impact Man

Within the framework of Klimaduro, the climate week of Provincie West-Flanders: "Zwarte Zwanen, ready for an unexpected future. Nobody can predict what the future will look like. Who knows, it might turn out formidable, or maybe still reasonably okay, but there is a chance that things might also go wrong once in a while. In 'Zwarte Zwanen, 15 unexpected future stories', the brand-new book by Steven Vromman, a number of divergent scenarios are covered. In this lecture, we look at the scenarios linked to climate disruption and biodiversity loss. The best exercise in these turbulent times is to imagine many futures in order to arrive at smarter choices today. How can these changes stimulate us to make different choices and live better while becoming good ancestors?" Expect a surprising evening with interaction, humor, and depth.
