Yoga for All

Yoga communautaire is a network of teachers offering inclusive yoga classes accessible to all. At Elzenhof, our teacher Maria gives a class which focuses on posture, alignment, with no cardio exercises and a restorative approach, which can benefit all kind of bodies, including those recovering from traumas. All our classes are on a pay as you can base and with no reservation needed, mats are provided on site. You just need to show up! See you on the mat :)
