GOOSE is coming to Kursaal Oostende for the first time on December 22, 2026. And it immediately promises to be a special visit. De Belgische electro-rock band is currently working hard on a new album and was actually not planning to perform live this autumn. For the opening of the renovated Kursaal, they are happy to make an exception. The band has had a strong bond with Ostend for years. For frontman Mickael Karkousse, the concert also feels like coming home. "I grew up to a large extent in Ostend and it has always been a childhood dream to one day stand on the stage of the Kursaal. Het Kursaal is not only an iconic place, but also brings back many memories." After years of intensive touring, GOOSE is increasingly and consciously choosing concerts and locations that add something to the live experience. The renovated concert hall, with its new sound system and modular setup, fits that perfectly. For one evening, GOOSE is therefore interrupting their studio sessions. "We are right in the middle of the creative process and our focus is on the new record. But some moments simply present themselves. Coming out just once, in a place where we can completely throw ourselves into it, we found absolutely worth it." December 22 will be the very first visit by GOOSE to Kursaal Oostende. At the same time, the concert is one of the first major live shows in the renovated concert hall, shortly after the official reopening on December 15. A new hall, a band with a special connection to Ostend and one exclusive evening where everything revolves around live performance. Tickets from Thursday, September 17 at 10 AM
