A sad and beautiful world

Yasmina and Nino grew up together in Beirut and were each other's great childhood sweethearts. The war tore them out of each other's lives. Wanneer Yasmina decades later unexpectedly returns, old feelings blossom again very quickly. Yet Yasmina continues to yearn for a life abroad, while Nino remains attached to his city and his beloved bistro. Against the background of a shaky political climate, they look for a way to rebuild something together again.
