Het Muziekstation: Open Mic @ the Podiumcafé

Who can participate in the Open Mic? Singer, spoken word artist, storyteller, musician, ... Both budding talent and seasoned artists are offered a spot on stage. Who supports the artists and hosts the evening? The evening is hosted by Marco Cirone (guitar/vocals) from Het Muziekstation. How long can each artist play? Each artist gets the chance to perform two songs, with or without accompaniment by Marco. Maximum time per performance is 10 minutes. What technical equipment is provided? PA, technician & backline present – you bring your instrument(s). Backline: 2 monitors, 2 microphones on stands. There is the possibility to play audio. How many candidates can participate per session? A maximum of 8 artists can register per session.
