Cartoonist Kamagurka combines two of his favorite art forms in this theater show: storytelling and drawing. He lets the images emerge from interaction with the audience.
Kamagurka, pseudonym of Luc Zeebroek, is an icon of Belgian absurdism and an artistic jack-of-all-trades who has been exploring the boundaries of good taste and logic for decades.
He broke through in the late seventies at the weekly magazine Humo, where he became the house cartoonist. Together with Herr Seele, he pushed the boundaries of visual humor in Cowboy Henk. You recognize his style by the deliberate simplicity and often shocking, surreal humor.
