Pelt Jazz - Blue Sands feat. Nabou Claerhout + Mete Erker

Blue Sands is the indie-jazz duo of Esther Van Hees (BE) and Reindert Kragt (NL). With voice, bass, and effect pedals, they create an intimate and layered universe, fueled by jazz, grunge, classical, and game influences. They collaborated with, among others, Jef Neve and Ben van Gelder. Their album For You (2025) was launched in the Bimhuis, received four stars in the Volkskrant, and won an Edison. In Palethe they bring two guest musicians, namely the Antwerp trombonist Nabou Claerhout and the Tilburg tenor saxophonist Mete Erker, who both bring extra color to their project.
