Het Flanders Harp Quartet wants to conquer the general public with the boundless sound shades of the harp. Aurelie Viegas, Isabelle Matthyssens, Kyle Desantoine, and Karen Peeters are all passionate professional harpists (in orchestra, chamber music, and solo context) and teachers in various Flemish cities. In Vosselaar they bring \"Sea of stars\" with music by, among others, Claude Debussy, C. Saint-Saens, M. De Falla, and Lauren Sott. Het Flanders Harp Quartet has been inspired for their program \"Sea of Stars\" by the magical phenomenon of bioluminescent plankton, which lights up in the dark like a sea full of sparkling stars.
