Breaking Barriers presents The Kids 50

The Kids were founded in 1976 and are therefore among the oldest still active punk bands, both in Belgium and worldwide. Their eponymous debut album is widely regarded as an unparalleled classic, which still manages to inspire generation after generation. Their concerts are characterized by the well-known excess of energy, with the same outbursts of fast riffs and pounding drums, which leave no room for unnecessary decorations, meaningless chatter or even a few seconds to catch your breath. In 2026, the band celebrates its 50th anniversary with a series of concerts in Belgium and around the world, including a passage in Het Depot.
