Widowspeak, the indie rock duo around Molly Hamilton and Robert Earl Thomas, has been a fixture within the international alternative scene for more than fifteen years. From their home base New York City, they toured countless clubs and festivals in North America, Europe, and far beyond, and steadily built a strong live reputation. Met Roses, their seventh album which will be released on June 5, shows them from their most sultry and compelling side. Dreamy indie, soft melancholy, and grand emotions flow together into a warm, cinematic sound. Live, that translates into an intense, intimate set that goes straight to the heart.
