Concert with Jeroen Vanbever

In the wonderful decor of Z33 Café we make room for a concert by saxophonist Jeroen Vanbever. Jeroen Vanbever moves at the intersection of classical, jazz and electronic music. He feels just as at home on a concert stage as in an intimate club and has developed a personal artistic voice over the years in which melody, timbre and stillness take centre stage. During the nocturne in November, Jeroen will perform music from his solo debut Impressions. In it, he broadens the sound of the saxophone with electric bass, keys, electronics and field recordings. This creates an intuitive, layered sound world that starts from stillness and observation.
