For this performance, he joined forces with Philip Glass for a new version of ‘Aguas da Amazonia’. The original from 1999 is now a sound panorama in which percussion, electronics, and traditional instruments from different cultures find each other: an original tribute to the mythical minimalist who turns 90 this year. Three percussionists, a flutist, and a string specialist surround the work with their own work.
