Together with his permanent band, Anders Rane, Anders Grahn, and Erik Berntsson, Daniel Norgren returns to Belgium for a series of five concerts. Expect music in its purest form and that in De Vooruit on April 21, 2027!
His music breathes something timeless, somewhere between folk, blues, and storytelling. Daniel Norgren has been walking his own path for almost two decades, far away from trends and big labels. Since 2006, he has been releasing his music via the independent Superpuma Records, a collaboration that fits perfectly with his DIY approach, on which he released acclaimed albums Buck, Alabursy, The Green Stone, and Wooh Dang.
In addition to his solo work, he recently also wrote the soundtrack for the film Le Otto Montagne van Felix Van Groeningen and Charlotte Vandermeersch, with which he garnered international praise and won several awards such as Crystal Pine Award for 'Best Use of Music' at the International Sound & Film Music Awards and winner of best film, best adapted screenplay, and best cinematography at the 68th David di Donatello Awards in Italy.
