Actor and theater maker Armin Mola traveled to different corners of our country in recent years with his successful performance 'I love (and hate) you, Iran'. Along the way, Armin collected, thanks to the many encounters and conversations, a wealth of information about the local culture. In I love (and hate) you, Belgium, he sketches in a humorous and critical way what makes Belgium, Belgium for him. Armin crawls into the skin of diverse characters and their different worldviews and experiences. Freestyling with voice, language, and accents, he weaves his personal story with social and political questions about nationality and identity. After more than 80 performances of 'I love (and hate) you, Iran' in Belgium and the Netherlands, he is also working this new chapter into a striking monologue.
