Three young musicians who find each other in Irish music, each with their own background and musical approach.
Sinéad McKenna is an Irish violinist and singer from County Tyrone, internationally acclaimed for her expressive playing and her strong grounding in traditional music. She has won multiple prizes at events including Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann and has meanwhile built a solid solo career with concerts in Europe and beyond.
Cillian McCabe comes from County Monaghan and plays guitar, banjo, and bouzouki. He is a much-sought-after accompanist in Irish folk, with concerts and tours in Europe and North America. His playing is at once refined and energetic, with a great feel for rhythm and ensemble playing.
Lucas Lejeune is a musician from Namur who has deeply immersed himself in the Irish tradition. He plays fiddle and flutes and is at home on both concert stages and folk dance events.
Let yourself be completely carried away during this concert, in the atmosphere of a real Irish pub: pure, compelling, and full of the joy of playing. An evening for everyone who loves Irish music.
